From 1974 to 1991 the company formed the European part of the US based Bernal Rotary Systems in
Michigan, which was the pioneer in rotary die cutting of carton, plastics and other special hard-to-cut materials
such as non woven.
By a management buyout mid 1991, RR Rotary A/S became a 100% Danish owned company, still ranking
among the leading high tech rotary die manufacturers in Europe.
